Prior
to joining Gray and Associates, Eileen spent ten years in sales and
account management in the human resources training industry. She also
has 15 years of corporate HR experience having served as Regional Human
Resources Manager for a national direct marketing firm and responsible
for employee relations, EEO/affirmative action, and recruitment and
retention.
Eileen's most recent experience involved sales of classroom and online
fair employment training to align legal compliance with corporate diversity
initiatives. She's also implemented leadership training, selection and
assessment tools, high performance work teams, and culture change initiatives
for key accounts within the Southeast.
Eileen's industry experience includes communications, utilities, technology,
healthcare, banking, and professional services industries.
Eileen currently serves as Senior Vice President of the National Association
of African Americans in Human Resources- Atlanta Chapter and is a Past
President of the Atlanta Human Resources Association. She is a frequent
speaker on various leadership and workforce development issues. She
holds a Bachelors degree in Personnel and Labor Relations from the University
of Maryland in College Park, MD and is a member of the local Alumni
chapter.
