Eileen Gray is a training consultant and coach. She joined Gray & Associates, Inc. in 2005.

 

Eileen has worked with various clients, including Cox Communications, Philips Healthcare, Kennesaw State University, Raymond James, Georgia Center for Nonprofits, and the Bureau of Land Management.

 

She is known for her engaging facilitation style and ability to connect and deliver practical and interactive training programs in communications skills, leadership, coaching, diversity and inclusion, influence, customer service, and professional presence.

 

Eileen serves as an Adjunct Instructor for Development Dimensions International (DDI), front-line training leaders, and individual contributors. She is also a certified Targeted Selection instructor.  Eileen is also a master-certified instructor for the Civil Treatment Series, which helps organizations prevent, detect, and correct inappropriate behaviors and build productive, inclusive cultures.

 

Eileen has served as program moderator and featured speaker at various professional events. She received the “Hot Shot Award” from Golf Women Mean Business and was featured in “3 Habits of Successful Women,” published by the Atlanta Tribune.

 

Eileen is an SHRM Senior Certified Professional. She co-chaired the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources National Conference and serves on the Atlanta chapter board.
