Tracy Gray has extensive experience in Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, Inclusion, and Civility, DEAI. He is an expert in corporate social responsibility strategy, community relations, public affairs, media management, and marketing communications.

 

 

His background includes leadership roles with premier advertising and public relations agencies. His early career was in the news media. During that time, he received numerous national and regional awards for his journalism. 

 

As Director of Public Relations and Diversity Program Management at IMAGES USA, an advertising and public relations agency, he managed account teams that served the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, McDonald's, CDC, Pfizer, and the Georgia Department of Community Health.

 

At Pollak Levitt & Nel, Tracy supervised general market public relations and communications for eight national and international business units of Kimberly-Clark's Professional Health Care Division. He also designed and managed community/public affairs and non-profit initiatives for Sony, Chevy, Disney, Atlanta Falcons, and Georgia Power.

 

Tracy's inquisitive nature and love of politics served him well as a journalist. He had local, national, and international assignments as a TV and radio producer, reporter, anchor, and news director. His love of the arts helped him excel as the S.E. Bureau Chief for Entertainment Tonight.

 

Tracy has an undergraduate degree in Journalism from Northern Illinois University. He also completed graduate courses at Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism.
